Infiniti Q50, QX60 And Q70 All Victims Of Grand Theft Auto

An Infiniti dealership in Chicago is counting up their losses after they were broken into and five vehicles were stolen. The 2016 Infiniti Q50, Q70, Q60 and 2015 Q50 and 2013 G37 were all victims of Grand Theft Auto.

This incident is just the latest in theft of Infiniti vehicles that have been stolen over a short period of time. Police have said that the theft is the work of a gang related syndicate and it has left Infiniti having to deal with losses of around $205,000.

One of the vehicles stolen was tracked down and it was found near the Winconsin border and was recovered thanks to police using spike strips. The driver of the stolen vehicle managed to get away.

The number of car thefts in the US has been on the increase and carmakers have been put on alert. Dealers have been warned not to let their guard down.
