Hyundai have been teasing us about a new concept that they will be showing off at the LA Auto Show this week and we finally got to see what it is all about now.
Called the Vision T-Plug-In Hybrid SUV Concept, the vehicle looks to be a little larger than the Tuscon and some people think that the T in the name could actually mean the Tuscon speculating that this would be the concept for the next-gen Tuscon.
According to Hyundai, the concept shows off two major design thems, the Parametric Fantasy and Transcendent Connectivity trim. The grille design seen here is called the Parametric Air Shutter which will remain closed when the car is stationary. When the vehicle starts moving, the individual ell of the grille will move in a prescribed sequence.
The concept DRL will also have a unique design where it will be hidden but will show up when the car starts up. It will be interesting to see if this design actually makes it to the production model or not.
