The Android platform has greatly evolved with Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich and the next generation of hardware for 2012. It is now easier to use, has fewer bugs and is more elegant looking and faster. This was the conclusion of one business user who spent two months with the HTC One X and the Samsung Galaxy S3 as reported by ZDNET.

Both of the handsets make solid upgrades for business users. Android 4.0 really comes into its own on both of these handsets. They both have crisp clear and bright displays and are smooth, fast and responsive. It’s easy to slip either of the handsets into the pocket and they feel good in the hands. However the body of the HTC One X does surpass the Samsung Galaxy S3 in terms of looks and quality points ZDNET. Also the user interface of the One X looks more refined. Business people looking to trade in their Blackberry or older Android handset would love either of these two handsets though.

However if you are a heavy business user you may also wish to check out the Droid RAZR Maxx as the battery life on the handset is better than either the HTC One X or the Samsung Galaxy S3. The Galaxy Nexus is another handset you may wish to consider as it will get all the latest updates a lot faster than any other device on the market. Updates to Android 4.1 Jelly Bean, which is the latest OS are already being pushed out to users.

If you are in the market for a new handset or you want to upgrade, the HTC One X is the choice for business use, followed by the Droid Razr Maxx and Nexus claims ZDNET.
