While the HTC One is a stellar device, the competition this year is tougher than ever and HTC may have a tough time going up against the Android kings just like it did last year. In its way are the Samsung Galaxy S4, Note 2, Motorola X, Google Nexus 5 and even the iPhone 5S / 6. However the manufacturer may have other plans.

It has been said that HTC are currently working on a new device which would run Windows Phone 8 and it has the name of the HTC Tiara.

The device could have a display of 4.3 inches and it may be Super LCD with 800 x 480 resolution, it could have a dual core 1.2GHz processor from Qualcomm and maybe a camera of 8 megapixels.

The leaked specs point to the handset coming with a battery of 1800mAh, a front camera of 1.6 megapixels, 1GB of RAM and 8GB of memory.

The device could be revealed around the middle of May.
