Honda Crossover Hybrid Heading To Japan?

By  |

Looking at how well the Prius is doing right now, Honda might be looking to offer something similar in Japan to counter what Toyota is offering.

According to Car and Driver, Honda is looking to take the covers off a new standard hybrid model. It is said that we will be seeing the vehicle at the Tokyo Auto Show and that it will not be based on any existing models that Honda has to offer right now.

We still do not know if Honda is looking to offer a standard vehicle or a crossover although a lot of people seem to think that it will be another crossover since the demand for crossover is high right now. It is believed sales will begin in 2018.

The new hybrid is not the only electric vehicle that Honda is working on right now as new reports also claim that we will be seeing more electrified version of their existing models in the near future.
