Google Pixel 2: Dual Camera Not Needed

By  |

One of the major difference between the Google Pixel 2 and Pixel 2 XL is the dual camera setup that the Pixel 2 XL comes with. While it might look like the Pixel 2 users might be missing out when it comes to image quality, Google is now showing that the Pixel 2 won’t need a dual camera to take great shots.

Google shared a few photos taken from the Google Pixel 2 device and from what we can see, the images certainly look stunning despite the fact that it does not come with a dual camera setup.

The Google Pixel 2 comes with a 12.3mp camera which was given a 98 rating by DxOMark which means it beats the Samsung Galaxy Note 8, Apple iPhone 8 Plus and more as they were only awarded 94.

However, we will need to wait until the device reaches the hands of the users before we can decide whether it can really take great pictures.
