Google Nexus 7 ‘2’ Is Android 5.0 Key Lime Pie Bound, Not Nexus 5 (Predictions)

A lot of people have been discussing the 2nd generation Google Nexus 7 being released and that it might overtake the Nexus 5 to receiving Key Lime Pie. A number of people think this won’t be the case and believe that if Google was going to reveal it that we would have seen it happen at the I/O. However it could be that they chose not to do this because Key Lime Pie might have been delayed.

There have been a number of conflicting reports. IBT stated that the 2nd generation Google Nexus 7 could be revealed to try and entice people away from the Apple iPad Mini 2. Google haven’t even said anything about a release date for Key Lime Pie, so how there can be a delay without one isa bit odd.

Many are questioing what operating system the Google Nexus 7 2nd generation will have. Some people think it will be Jelly Bean 4.3, which we have already seen. Others believe it may be a version of Key Lime Pie which would allow people to see the OS. Or Google may decide to wait around to reveal the Nexus 7 until Key Lime Pie is released.

If you look at past release dates you can see for yourself that May would probably have been the best choice to release a tablet, considering that the LG Nexus 4 was only released in October. In our opinion Google should release the Google Nexus 7 with Key Lime Pie and this should done before the release of the Google Nexus 5.
