Whichever one you pick, the installing method is the same. To upgrade the Nexus 4 on your own, start by downloading the files and transfer the TWRP files into the device and update/install it. Turn off the device and enter Recovery Mode by pressing down on the Power Button, Volume Up Button and Volume Down button.

Once the TWP-UI loads up, select Wipe > Factory Reset. Transfer one of the ROM-GApps into the device, reboot once more and enter Recovery Mode again. Install the rest of the files, reboot again and your Nexus 4 should be running on the Android Marshmallow.
