Google Could Copy iPhone SE For Pixel

Rumours are going around that we may be about to see Google copy the iPhone SE in the form of a Pixel SE that would be a budget handset. This rumour follows on from the one we heard just recently about Google making the Pixel phones waterproof.

It has been said that Google is already at work on the next generation Google Pixel and one of the things they are working on is improving the camera. It was also said that Google is working on two variations and both will have different processors.

One of the handsets is going to be a budget version of the Google Pixel, which will arrive with a lower price tag and specs to match. The Pixel is the smallest but it offers up the same specifications of the Pixel XL. Google was hit with backlash due to the huge price hike over the Nexus handsets.

We have heard that some of the Pixel handsets would have the Snapdragon 83X processor, while others will offer the Intel processor. The same source said that Google are working on MediaTek processors and these will be in the next generation Google Pixel.

The budget version of the Pixel is said to be the Pixel 2B and it could come out with the Pixel 2 or it may be just after. It would be priced around the same as the OnePlus 3T and the ZTE Axon 7. This way Google would be able to enter more markets, something which they need to do to compete with other phone makers.
