Fortnite: You Only Need One Account Now

By  |

Thanks to Sony, cross-play will be allowed in Fortnite now which means you will only need one account to play on all platforms. So what about those that have already created a few accounts?

Well, Epic has now offered a tool that will allow players to link their accounts to a single Epic Account and here is how you can do it. First, you will need to decide which console will be your Primary console and which will be your Secondary.

Next, follow the steps from Epic’s website to link them together. The consoles accounts will need to have an Epic Account association so make sure you create one. After that, unlink your Secondary console, from Epic’s website and log in to your Primary console account and click Connect on your Secondary console.

Before doing that, you will need to take note that this will not transfer your existing purchases and progression from your account but it will allow players to carry future progression and purchases across all platforms.
