Fallout 4 New DLC Has No Surprises Apparently

By  |

If you’ve been setting your expectations really high up for the upcoming Fallout 4 DLC, you better tone it down a little. Director of the game Pete Hines turned to Twitter this week in answering some of the fans’ worries and questions to see how the game’s going to be like when it’s released.

A user asked if it’s going to hurt anyone who hasn’t chosen a faction just yet, and the director answered by saying, “it works no matter how you approach it. there comes a point where you’ll have to pick sides in all of this”, and how gamers would be prompted to do so when that happens. So there isn’t much to worry about that part.

But when another asked about the possibility of ever seeing any footage or trailer in regards to the new content, Hines gave out a firm no and said there won’t be any unless the content’s prospective launches draws near. Are we in a position to say that there wouldn’t be much to expect after all?

He’s also mentioned that there is no plan to disallow any kind of mods for Fallout 4 as there are a lot of unofficial ones already available. Hmm… doesn’t sound too convincing and welcoming, eh? What are your thoughts on this upcoming Fallout 4 DLC? Are you looking forward to it as much as you think you did before reading this post?
