Devil May Cry 5 Wants To Be Both At The Same Time

The Devil May Cry franchise is an old one and that means it has a large group of older followers which is nice but to make sure the game actually is a success, they will also have to make sure the new game appeals to the new players as well.

A demo for the game was shown off at Gamescom 2018 and it was clear that they wanted to remind the fans of where the game came from with the sound efforts as well as Nero. However, it was also clear that Capcom wanted to switch things up a little.

The combat mechanics might look similar in the beginning but it is clear that the game wants to be different. Devil Breaker for some reason are all over the place and Nero can pick them up and attach it on to use its unique properties. You won’t have it forever as there is a mileage limit to each one and if it wears out, you will have to battle with only one arm.

You can check out the gameplay video right now. As for the game itself, it will be arriving on the 8th of March 2019 for PC, PS4, and Xbox One.
