Destiny 2: Switch Won’t Be Part Of It

With more and more developers expressing how impressed they are with the new Nintendo Switch, fans were hoping that they would see a few more AAA games released for the Nintendo Switch.

There were some rumors suggesting that the upcoming Destiny 2 was going to be released on the Nintendo Switch. While that sounds nice, we can also be certain that the game will not be coming to the Switch now.

According to Mark Noseworthy, the lead developer for Destiny 2, the game is an online game at the end of the day and players will have to be connected to the internet at all times to play the game but since the Switch is also a portable device, the console won’t be connected at all times and it does not make sense that Bungie would create a game for a device that can’t be connected to the internet at all times.

However, he did say that it is something that he will be considering in the future.
