With the Star Wars Battlefront 2 microtransaction issue still fresh in everybody’s mind, a lot of people automatically assume the worst when CDPR CEO Adam Kicinski talked about how their upcoming Cyberpunk 2077 game was going to be more commercially significant.

It was pointed out in Twitter that CDPR might consider the game as a service to earn more but the developer has since responded to that tweet clarifying that just like their previous game The Witcher 3, the upcoming Cyberpunk 2077 will be as impressive.

They clarify that they will be no hidden catch in the game, just “honest gaming”. They also highlighted the fact that Cyberpunk 2077 will be huge when it comes to single player, open world, and storyline.

We know that the game will be released on the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC but as of now, nobody really knows when the game will be ready for release.
