Corvette C8 With Mid- Engine Teased At Convention?

In the latest dealer convention, it was reported that Chevrolet teased the Corvette C8 at the event.

According to Nate Chandler, Chevrolet showed off two photos of the mid-engine Corvette C8 model. Although the picture did not reveal much, he added that the vehicle looked like a mid-engine and that it had a front bumper that looked similar to what we have seen on the Corvette ZR1.

That is not a whole lot of details but we still have some previous spy shots to look through. From what we could make out, it looks like the vehicle will be coming in with a rakish windscreen, double bubble rood, LED lights and more.

No word on what Chevrolet will be fitting under the hood but there were speculations that it might be the new twin-turbo 4.2 liters V8 engine that will be offering about 550hp and 627lb ft of torque.

Besides showing off the Corvette C8, it was added that Chevrolet also revealed new information about the Colorado as well as confirm an electric performance vehicle.
