Chevy Camaro Can’t Beat The Mustang Even When It’s Newer

Fans of muscle cars just love to see the Chevrolet Camaro go up against the Ford Mustang. Recently we saw the Camaro GT4.R go up against the Mustang Boss 302, which the GT4.R being a lot newer, but is still lost out to the Mustang.

Driver of the Ford Mustang Boss 302 was Andrew Aquilante and he took on Lawson Aschenbach in the Pirelli World Challenge double header, which was held in St. Petersburg. The Ford Mustang came in behind the Chevy Camaro in the first race.

In race two Aquilante, drivingthe Ford Mustang, had a bad start and so Achenbach managed to take the lead. Four laps into the race the Mustang was ahead and took the second win of the day.

So it does look as though the Chevy Camaro isn’t able to beat the Ford Mustang, despite the driver of the Mustang getting off to a bad start and the Chevy being the newer of the two vehicles.
