Chevrolet eCOPO Camaro Drag Racer Fail To Impress Collectors

Chevrolet came out with the special edition Chevrolet eCOPO Camara Drag Racer which was a one-off model that they thought would impress some collectors but it was reported that they failed to auction off the vehicle during the Monterey Car Week by Russo and Steele.

We do not know the reason why it failed to get auctioned off but some poeple believe that the highest bid failed to hit the reserve price. This vehicle was shown off at SEMA last year and was build with the help of Hancock and Lane Racing.

The vehicle is the first GM model to come fitted with an 800-volt battery pack and is capable of offering about 700hp and 600lb ft of torque and will be mated to a race-prepped Turbo 400 automatic transmission so there is no denying that it is quick but maybe it just wasn’t exciting enough for those at the auction.
