BMW M3 vs Alfa Romeo Giulia: Who The Boss?

By  |

Remember when the Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio wowed the LA Auto Show’s crowd last year? There’s no denying that it’s an awesome car, so it’s only natural for us to want to compare it with the ever-flawless BMW M3, and we shall see how they both stack up against one another. They are both very gorgeous in their own ways, but if you look closer, you’ll see the gorgeousness that set them apart from one another.

The Giulia sports an active aerodynamics at the front, which adjusts the carbon-fibred front splitter according to cornering conditions and cooling requirements. While the BMW M3 isn’t so bad itself, it’s got its fair share of carbon and the whole roof is made of it too. It’s worth mentioning that the door mirrors are meticulously sculpted for aerodynamic efficiency, so it’s really difficult to pick one from this category here.

We’ve got to admit that the interior of the Giulia looks a tad bit better than the M3, despite the fact that it looks a little more to the contemporary side. Some details would make you feel nostalgic (deeply-cowled instruments and flashes of chrome), while others would make you feel you’re at the current times (touchscreen infotainment system, for instance). The M3 though looks absolutely flawless with its logically laid out design, it’s also quite a clean and ordinary look for a fiercely-looking car up front.

If we were to really come up with the one that has the upper hand between the two, it’s safe to say that the Giulia could come out as a tempting alternative for the M2 since the former does have a little bit more character. For what it’s worth, it’s still a matter of opinion. So let us know yours in the comments section below as we always love to see new feedback.
