BMW Diesels Enjoy Healthy Ratings, Goes Into Distribution

By  |

The US EPA sent out a stop-sale order for diesel vehicles following the diesel emission cheating of Volkswagen, bow the EA has reviewed Volkswagen testing procedures and they have imposed measures that stricter, so that diesel engines are clean in the US.

This is a good move but it also happens to have caused a delay to the distribution of numerous diesel vehicles and BMW has been among them.

Now BMW are able to celebrate as they have received green grades from the EPA, which means that the engines are clean and they can continue to sell diesel vehicles in the country.

Diesel emission in the current technology is therefore clean and it meets the regulations set out. It looks like it is only Volkswagen along with a few others who like to cheat when it comes to the process of green development.
