BMW Concept iX3 Range Sound Promising?

By  |

BMW took the covers off their BMW Concept iX3 this week and we got to see what BMW will be offering in terms of electric cars in the near future.

The concept was given the blue highlights that their i Models are offering right now along with a revised grille similar to what we have seen on the i Vision Dynamics concept.

The concept was powered by an electric motor that offered 268hp thanks to the 70kwh battery that it will be fitted with. According to BMW, the engine would allow the BMW iX3 to offer a range of about 249miles.

BMW also added that the vehicle will support fast charging of up to 150kW chargers and that it can be recharged in 30 minutes. The vehicle will be produced in China and we can expect to see it by 2020.

This is just one small part of BMW’s new electric plan which we will be hearing more of soon.
