Audi RS3 Sportback & Sedan Not Available Anymore

If you are looking to get the Audi RS3 Sportback and RS3 Sedan right now, you will notice that it is no longer available as Audi was forced to issue a stop-sale for those models.

According to the reports, the stop-sale was implemented as a result of the new World Harmonized Light Vehicles Test Procedure (WLTP). Audi also did confirm that the two cars are no longer on sale in Europe and other markets.

However, this is just a temporary stop-sale as Audi anticipate the RS3 production will resume in 2019. We still do not know what Audi’s solution to the problem will be right now. Some people think the solution will be to detune the engine of the RS3 so that it meets the standard of the new emission regulations.

The 2.5 liter five-cylinder engine that the vehicle is powered by right now offer about 395hp and 354lb ft of torque.
