Audi RS3: Made To Knock The VW Golf GTi Down

By  |

It’s the elegant and handsomely-styled hatchback that would be making the rounds, and would possibly even try to outshine the Volkswagen Golf GTi. There’s a high possibility that it’s able to do so given how enthusiasts are rooting for the former to fare well in the auto industry.

For the unfamiliar, the Audi RS3 is going to be a more conventional four-door, instead of how it looked back then: Sportback body style that’s made for the European market. We’re giving you permission to stare at the gorgeously-looking machine in the image above and we’re pretty sure that the longer you do so, the more you’re going to be on the same boat as us.

What’s under the hood of the RS3 is a 2.5-litre five-cylinder turbocharged engine that delivers 400-plus horsepower and 343 lb-ft of torque. And that being said, that’s enough to kill both the Mercedes-Benz’s CLA45 AMG and VW’s Golf GTi, provided that the Audi RS3 really promises to do what it can offer.

The Audi RS3’s price tag is only available for the 2018 sedan model at the moment, and it’s ranging between $55,000 and $60,000. So we’re assuming that the hatchback would be reasonably priced too, considering the fact that it’s supposed to be rivalling against the likes of the VW Golf GTi. Good luck with that.

The fact that it takes $20k to $30K more to knock down a GTI shows you how good a GTI I is or how over priced the Audi is . Take your pick.
