Audi Q8 SUV Will Outshine Its Own Sibling

We do like what Audi has done to the Audi Q7 but looking at what the new Audi Q8 SUV will have to offer, it might actually outshine the Q7.

The Audi Q8 has been teased a few times earlier this year and now Audi is ready to reveal it to the world. The Audi Q8 made its official debut in Shenzhen, China this week.

In terms of design, the Audi Q8 SUV is clearly a lot more aggressive when compared to the Audi Q7. The body is also shorter but wider than the Audi Q7. While most of the design matches what we have seen on the 2017 Geneva concept, a few features like the front grille is made to stand out more now.

The Audi Q8 will be fitted with a 48volt mild hybrid engine that will recover about 12kW of power during braking. There is also a V6 and V8 diesel engine options depending on the market.

The new Audi Q8 SUV will be arriving in Europe in the third quarter of 2018. We should learn more about what Audi will be offering in the other markets then.
