Audi E-Tron: How Far Will It Go?

By  |

We got to see Audi’s new prototype at the Geneva Motor Show this year and now reports are revealing more details about the new Audi E-Tron crossover.

According to the reports, the new E-Tron crossover could be coming in with only 248miles of electric range. This is way below what many people had predicted. It was initially speculated that the Audi E-Tron could be offering about 311miles when it arrives. Of course, it was on the WLTP cycle so the numbers might change when it arrives.

It was also revealed that the Audi E-Tron would be able to use the DC fast chargers with up to 150kW worth of power. Since Audi did say that there will be about 200 stations in Germany by the end of this year, that should reassure those looking to drive for a long distance in the region.

We still do not have an arrival date yet but it is expected to arrive this year in Europe before making its way to the other regions.
