The Android 6.0 roadmap has been made clear and it looks like the OS is heading to the Samsung Galaxy S6, LG G3 and the S7 plus more.

The first devices to be given the Android Marshmallow update were the Nexus handsets and then the update rolled out to different handsets. Some of the devices listed on the roadmap for Android included the devices from LG, Samsung and Blackberry, namely the G3, S7, S6 and Priv.

Since April this year US carriers have been rolling out Android M to the Samsung Galaxy S6 along with S6 Edge devices. Verizon revealed their roadmap for Android M and it came with improvements to app searches, notification panel and live broadcast.

Samsung also launched their roadmap for Android Marshmallow and they included the Samsung Galaxy S6 on AT&T with the build number of G920AUCU3CPC2.

Owners of the LG G3 on T-Mobile are also included in the Android Marshmallow roadmap and it was said that owners would be getting May 2 and it would bring with it improvements to WiFi.

That’s the thing, the Samsung site lists the At&t variant of the S6 running on Android 6.0.1, but those of us on At&t still haven’t received the update. It is frustrating in the extreme to see carriers like Sprint and T-Mobile push the update, when a much larger one like At&t is dragging its feet.
