2021 Mazda SUV Will Fill In CX-7’s Gap

By  |

Mazda left a gap in their SUV lineup when they decided to remove the Mazda CX-7 but they don’t plan to leave that gap open for long as Mazda announce that they are working on a new SUV that will be released in 2021.

Although they did not say that the vehicle is going to come in as a CX-7 replacement, it made sense that Mazda would be working on something to fill in that spot. They did say that the vehicle will not affect the Mazda CX-3, Mazda CX-5 or Mazda CX-5.

According to Masamichi Kogai, the CEO of Mazda, the new SUV will be completely new and different from what Mazda is offering right now. He did not give us any more clues as to what the new Mazda SUV will be offering but seeing as how Mazda seems to understand what the consumers are looking for in terms of SUVs and Crossover, we can’t wait to see what they can come out with this time around.
