After all the speculations and talk, we finally got to see how the 2021 Ford Mustang Mach-E will look like when it arrives but Ford has even more details to offer us this week.
Coming in as the EV crossover that is based on the Ford Mustang, the vehicle will be borrowing a lot of design features from the Mustang including the bulging fenders, triple bar taillights, scowling headlights and more. In the front, the vehicle will be fitted with a faux grille since the EV has no need for an actual grille.
On the inside, the 2021 Ford Mustang will be fitted with a few new features and tech including a 15.5inch touchscreen and another 10.2inch display for the instrument cluster. With the seats up, the vehicle will offer about 29 cubic feet of cargo space but that can be expanded to 59.6 cubic feet with the rear seats folded down.
The vehicle will be fitted with a 75.7kWh battery pack that will be offering about 255hp and 306lb ft of torque with 230miles of electric range. There is also a longer-range model which will be offering close to 300 miles thanks to the larger battery pack that it will be fitted with.
There will also be the GT and GT Performance Edition which will be offering about to 459hp and 612lb ft of torque. Pre-orders will start now but the Mach-E will only be arriving late next year.
