2020 Volkswagen T-Roc Convertible SUV

By  |

When we look at the T-Roc, we would have never imagined that it would be coming in as a convertible in the future but Volkswagen surprised us by announcing that that is exactly what they plan to do.

Despite the feedback from the consumers, it looks like Volkswagen will continue with their plan. The prototype was spotted out in the open with its soft top on. The convertible will be coming in as the third member of the family and while it will bring along most of the T-Roc design features, Volkswagen clearly made a few changes as well.

Besides the roof, we also see the frameless doors which are longer for easier access in the back. Under the hood should be similar gasoline and diesel engine option. The model will be built in Germany in 2020, the same factory that worked on the Volkswagen Golf Cabriolet and is now working on the VW Tiguan.
