2020 Toyota Raize: New Sibling Makes Debut Soon

Toyota probably wanted to keep the 2020 Toyota Raize a secret for a little longer but now that images of the new model have started making its way online, Toyota will have to choice but to say something about it.

The image was posted on Twitter showing off the stylish crossover which will be coming in to sit below the Toyota RAV4 model. Similar to the RAV4, this will come with a trapezoidal grille that will be flanked by sweptback headlights. There is also the vertical intakes with circular fog lights and horizontal LED daytime running lights available.

The vehicle will come riding on the Daihatsu New Global Architecture. On the inside, the vehicle will be fitted with a three-spoke steering wheel, a huge infotainment system, and more. The vehicle will also be fitted with standard features like the blind spot monitor, traffic sign recognition technology, forward collision alert, lane departure warning and more.

Powering the Raize will be a 1.0-liter turbocharged three-cylinder engine that will be offering about 98hp and 103lb ft of torque. The engine will also be fitted with a six-speed manual transmission or a CVT.
