It looks like Toyota is far from done with MPV yet as they automaker has just announced the GranAce which will be making its debut at the Tokyo Motor Show happening next month.
The new minivan will be build based on HiAce model but it will be getting a few distinguishing features like the new LED DRLs, huge grille, and updated bumper design. The interior will be similar to what we have seen on the HiAce but the GranAce will be fitted with more premium materials including leather seats, wood and aluminum trim, huge infotainment screen and HVAC controls.
Toyota will be offering two versions of the minivan, six-seater with three rows of seats and a four-row option for eight. Powering it will be a 2.8 liter 1GD diesel engine that will be mated to a six-speed automatic transmission.
The Toyota Safety Sense bundle will also be offered as standard. More details will be revealed at the Tokyo Motor Show.
