The 2020 Hyundai Ioniq will have a lot more to offer when it arrives. We already got an idea of what the updated model will be offering when they showed it off in Europe and now they are ready to show us the US version.
Making its US debut at the LA Auto Show, the Ioniq Hybrid and Plug-In Hybrid model will be getting the same engine and offering like the previous model but the Electric model will now be fitted with a much bigger battery which will provide more range and power to the EV model. The 2020 model will now offer 134hp instead of 118hp and will have 170 miles to offer, 46miles more than before.
The interior design was also updated for 2020. With all these upgrades, the price of the Ioniq was also hiked up a little with the base Hybrid Blue trim now retailing for $23,930, $600 more than before.
