The new Genesis GV80 will be making its debut at the LA Auto Show happening this month and we are learning more about the upcoming model as we get closer to the debut date.
Genesis did reveal the engine lineup for the GV8- this week announcing that the vehicle will be offered with three engine options starting from the 2.5 liters four-cylinder turbocharged engine, the 3.5 liter V6 gasoline engine and a 3.0 liter straight-six diesel engine. The engine will be mated to an eight-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission.
Other than learning about the engine lineup, we also got to see a little more this week as spies caught the GV80 when it was out getting tested on the Nurburgring track. From what we can see, the vehicle will still have the design from the GV80 Concept but it is a lot more toned down now.
The 2020 Genesis will be the first of the three SUVs that Genesis plans to release. This will be followed up by a GV70 and another model.
