2020 Ford Mustang GT500: Transmission Option Won’t Please Fans

By  |

We do not have a whole lot of details about the upcoming 2020 Ford Mustang GT500 right now but new report is now suggesting that the vehicle will come with only one transmission option to offer and it is not even the option that fans actually want to get.

This was leaked by Bozi Tatarevic who revealed that the Ford Mustang GT500 could be coming in with a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission only as this was the only gearbox listed on the internal spec sheet.

However, previous spy shots of the vehicle did suggest that it will be getting a six-speed manual transmission. At this point, everybody is just playing the guessing game with spy shots and leaks and we will only know for sure when Ford officially take the covers off the 2020 model.

What do you think of the latest report that the GT500 will only come with the DCT?
