2020 Ford Escape Will Come With Greener Option

By  |

The 2020 Ford Escape test mules have been spotted by spies giving us a better idea of what is to come and now new reports are saying besides the standard gas offering, the 2020 Ford Escape will also be coming with a greener option.

Based on the latest spy images, the vehicle was spotted with an additional flap on the front left fender of the vehicle. We know that the flap for gasoline is fitted in the rear left so this could mean that the vehicle in the spy shot will have an electric motor as well.

Besides the additional flap, the rest of the vehicle looks similar which means there should be little difference between the standard model and the hybrid model. Most likely we will see the hybrid badge but don’t expect anything major.

We still do not have any details about the hybrid model but many believe that it would offer more than 22 miles of range based on what the Outlander PHEV model is offering right now.
