2020 Dodge Viper: Coming Back For More

By  |

Everybody thought that it was the end of the road for the Dodge Viper when Dodge ended its production last year but new rumors are suggesting that Dodge might be bringing it back.

According to Car and Driver, Dodge is working to bring the Viper back and that we will get to see it in 2020. There is not a whole lot of information right now but it is believed that the vehicle will come riding on a spaceframe platform made from aluminum and carbon fiber.

It was also added that the Viper will get to keep its original shape and will be coming in as a roadster first. Instead of the V10 engine, we might get the naturally aspirated V8 engine that could offer about 550hp. The car will be fitted with a manual transmission as well.

Of course, at this point, we would advise you all to take this with a pinch of salt until we actually hear or see something from Dodge.
