2020 Cadillac CT5 Slowly Shedding Its Skin

By  |

Although the 2020 Cadillac CT5 was seen more than few times out in the open, the previous prototypes were all heavily covered in camo stickers but it looks like Cadillac is preparing to drop some of their fake bodyworks starting from the hood scoop.

The latest Cadillac CT5 was spotted without the fake hood scoop along with a few more changes to its exterior. We also got to see the new grille which is wide but not as tall as what some of the Cadillacs are sporting right now. The overall design of the vehicle will be based on the Escala concept.

We could also see the slim and vertical headlights in the back along with the bold and thick angular exhaust tips.

No word on what Cadillac will be fitting under the hood but it is believed that the vehicle will be getting a 2.0-liter turbo four-cylinder engine, the naturally aspirated 3.6 liter V6 and the 3.0 liter twin-turbo V6 as an option. Others are hoping the V8 will make it over as well but we will have to wait and see.
