2020 BMW X6 Taking Some Design Advise From X5

By  |

We have already seen what BMW has to offer on the 2018 BMW X5 and now we are seeing how much of the X5 will be carried over to the BMW X6 model.

While BMW is not ready to show it to the world yet, the latest set of spy images should give us an idea of what is to come. Overall, the BMW X6 looks very similar to the X5. It has a similar shape, headlight, and grille.

Of course, they did give it a few tweaks like the lower grilles in the bumper which is smaller than those on the BMW X5 and in the back, the X6 will be getting the fastback hatch shape.

It should also be sharing its powertrain with the X5 which means it should get a straight-six engine that will be offering about 335hp and 330lb ft of torque along with the V8 engine.

No word on when the BMW X6 will be arriving but it is believed that BMW will be showing off the vehicle next year as a 2020 model.
