While the current BMW M3 CS does have a lot to offer, the 2020 BMW M3 will be the one to look out for as BMW continues to improve it.

BMW has not revealed much about the upcoming BMW M3 but according to Autocar, the vehicle will come riding on the CLAR platform which means the 2020 M3 will be longer but also lighter at the same time. It was also added that the stiffness in the platform would allow the engineers to give it softer spring rates in Comfort mode.

There were also reports about the vehicle possible offering about 165hp when it arrives which means it will be offering 11hp more than the current M3 CS model. Autocar also added that the water injection system from the M4 GTS could also be brought over to the new M3.

Other rumors suggest that the engine will be fitted with an eight-speed automatic transmission. At this point, it is believed that the M3 will make its debut early next year.
