2019 Range Rover Sport Greener Now With New Powertrain

Land Rover announced a new greener Range Rover Sport this week. Here is all we know that the upcoming Range Rover Sport P400e model.

As the name would suggest, electric will play a role here. The Sport P400e will be fitted with a 2.0-liter four-cylinder turbocharged engine that will be paired with an electric motor. The electric motor will be powered by a 13.1 kWh lithium-ion battery pack.

The plug-in hybrid engine will offer about 398hp and 472lb ft of torque. According to Land Rover, the vehicle will now need 6.3 seconds to go from 0-60moh and has a top speed of 137mph. The electric engine has a range of 31miles.

The Range Rover Sport P400e base price will start from $78,300. Other upgrades that Land Rover will be offering the Range Rover Sport includes a few new colour options and revised packages. The new Driver Assist Pack will come with features from Drive Pro and Park Pro along with additional features like Adaptive Cruise Control with Steering Assist.
