Ford has just revealed when they will be releasing their 2019 Ford Ranger Raptor and while it is exciting news for Ford, those living in the US can turn their heads now since the vehicle won’t be coming our way anyway.

The 2019 Ford Ranger Raptor will be released in the UK. According to Ford, the decision to release the Ford Ranger Raptor in the UK was made because of how well the Ford Ranger is doing in the UK market right now. The truck is the best selling truck in the UK market and that is why Ford think it would be the Ranger Raptor would be the perfect fit.

Under the hood of the Ford Ranger Raptor is a 2.0 liter twin-turbo diesel engine that will be offering about 200hp and 500Nm of torque. The engine will be mated to a 10-speed automatic transmission. Ford will also be offering six drives modes on the Raptor.

The Raptor will also be given a stronger frame, bespoke suspension, upgraded brakes, bespoke grille, skid plate, flared wheel arches, aluminium alloy side steps and more. We are still waiting for Ford to announce the price for the UK model.
