2019 Ford Ranger Raptor Release Date None Of Our Business?

By  |

The fact that Ford is working on a Ranger Raptor and now has a release date ready should be something to be excited about but since we don’t even know if the vehicle is actually going to make its way over to us, there is really no point getting excited over it.

Ford has just announced that they will be offering the Ford Ranger Raptor in the UK as they think the market would be the perfect fit for the performance model. That is because the Ford Ranger is currently one of the best selling trucks in the UK market.

The Ford Ranger Raptor will be powered by a 2.0 liter twin-turbo diesel engine that will be offering about 210hp and 500Nm of torque. The engine will be paired with a 10-speed automatic transmission. Customers will also be happy to know that there will be six drives modes to choose from.

Other upgrades include a stronger frame, bespoke suspension, upgraded brakes, bespoke grille, skid plate, flared wheel arches, aluminum alloy side steps and more. No price was announced but there was speculation that it would cost $53k when it arrives in the UK.
