2019 Ford Mondeo Hybrid Wagon: What We Know Now?

The Ford Mondeo Hybrid will be getting an estate model option and here is what we know about the vehicle right now.

According to Ford, the estate model will be coming in with a gasoline-electric powertrain. The engine will be the updated version of the gasoline-electric powertrain that Ford is offering on the Mondeo Hybrid and Mondeo Vignale Hybrid right now.

The hybrid model will be fitted with a 90kWh lithium-ion battery that will be offering about 25miles of pure electric range. The hybrid powertrain will be offering about 184hp and will be mated to a CVT transmission.

On the inside, we should be able to find the Sync 3 infotainment system with its 8inch touchscreen, Active City Stop, Active Park Assist, Adaptive Front Lighting System with dynamic LED headlights and more.

Ford also announced that they plan to offer 40 electrified vehicles by 2020 with 16 of them being fully electric vehicles.
