2018 Toyota Camry: Is The V6 A Costly Mistake?

By  |

Most people will not regret their decision to get the 2018 Toyota Camry but others think that Toyota would have had a better result if they had made the right decision for the Camry.

The 2018 Toyota Camry will be coming in with a 2.5 liter inline four engine. There is also the 3.5-liter V6 engine that will be offering about 300hp. Both engines will be mated to the eight-speed automatic transmission engine.

The Camry will be riding on the same platform that the Prius is currently riding on. The same platform will also be used under the Toyota RAV4.

Although the Toyota Camry has seen a rise in sales since the 2018 model was released, some people think that it would have been better if Camry decided not to offer the V6 and have the Camry come with a CVT instead. What do you think? Would it have made a difference?
