2018 Mazda 6 EPA Won’t Hold It Back

We do know more about the Mazda 6 now but when the vehicle was first announced, the EPA was still a mystery. Now, we finally get to learn how much the Mazda 6 will be offering in terms of fuel economy.

According to EPA, the 2018 Mazda 6 will be offering about 31mpg on the highway, 23 mpg in the city and 26mpg combined which is less than the naturally aspirated model but it is about the same as the other rivals including the Kia Optima, Hyundai Sonata and Nissan Altima which also offers about 26mpg on average.

The 2.0-liter turbocharged engine under the hood of the Mazda 6 will be offering about 250hp with 310lb of torque. What do you feel about all the changes that Mazda has made to the 2018 model?
