2018 Honda Accord Gets Ready To Join Honda Civic And CR-V

By  |

The arrival date for the 2018 Honda Accord is coming closer and the vehicle is getting ready to join the Honda Civic and CR-V. When it does come to the market it is going to means that all three vehicles will share the same platform and possibly the same turbocharged 1.5 litre engine.

The Honda Accord is going to come with a brand new turbocharged engine so does this mean that we will be waving goodbye to the non-turbocharged version? Many people hope not as while the 4 cylinder turbocharged is going to be welcomed, there are many people who still like the older engine and would choose if it is was available as an option.

The turbocharged engines do tend to make a lot of noise when they are started up and the older non-turbocharged did offer up road performance that was superb and they have a better sound.

So are you hoping that Honda is going to offer a choice of both the turbocharged and non-turbo engine on the 2018 Honda Accord?
