2018 Dodge Durango SRT: Can Honda Pilot, Ford Explorer Do 485hp?

By  |

We saw a white prototype of the Dodge Durango SRT in testing before its debut and now we have seen it in black. This is a three row SUV and it should be arriving soon and when it does it will offer up 485 horses thanks to the 6.4 litre HEMI V8 engine. But will the Ford Explorer and the Honda Pilot be able to offer the same?

The black version of the Dodge Durango SRT didn’t tell us anything more about the vehicle than what we already know. It is going to be all-wheel drive and it will offer up the eight speed automatic transmission.

The Dodge Durango SRT will have a new front fascia along with bigger lower intake grille and an upper grille that has been redesigned. It features new LED running lighting along with fog lamps and comes with add-ons that include SRT styling for the wheels and new fascia on the back.

The Dodge Durango SRT is going to make its arrival at the New York International Auto Show along with the Dodge Challenger SRT Demon, in March.
