2018 Dodge Challenger Shakes Up Ford Mustang GT500 800 Horses

We are set to see the arrival of the 2018 Dodge Challenger at the New York Auto Show this April. The vehicle has been a favourite since it made its first appearance back in 1971.

The carmaker has been keeping the 2018 Dodge Challenger under wraps but they did let it slip out that it will be the ultimate performance vehicle. It is going to offer up more than the 707 horses of the Challenger Hellcat and the Viper ACR. So could we see 800 horses, enough to shake up the Ford Mustang GT500?

The FCA North America did say that the Dodge Challenger SRT Demon was conceived and designed for enthusiasts who understand that a tenth is a car and a half second a reputation.

So while we don’t know a lot about the Dodge Challenger SRT Demon we do know that it will offer up more than the 707 horses of the Dodge Challenger Hellcat and it will be looking to compete against the Ford Mustang GT500 with its 800 horses.
