2017 VW Amarok To Stall Honda Ridgeline Sales With Classier Offerings?

By  |

When the 2017 VW Amarok hits the roads in the US it may just stop the sales of the Honda Ridgeline thanks to it having classier offerings.

The 2017 VW Amarok is said to be arriving in the form of the V6 3 litre with three different tunings. The 161 horse power, 201 and 221 horses, with the strongest of them having 406 pound of torque. There is going to be the 6 speed manual or the eight speed automatic to choose from and it will come with rear-wheel drive fitted as standard.

There is the option of adding on the 4Motion manual and this will be in the front axle or all-wheel drive version in automatic. The steering has been revised on all of the models along with them having larger disc brakes on both front and back on the V6 3 litre.

The updated 2017 VW Amarok is going to offer a maximum towing of more than a ton and the exterior is going to be given new bumper at the front along with larger alloys and new headlights.

We are expecting the 2017 VW Amarok to arrive in the fall in Europe and when it does it could damage the sales of the Honda Ridgeline.
