2017 Skoda Octavia: Ignore The Base

By  |

The Skoda Octavia is all about the boot space and spacious interior but if you are looking to get the facelifted 2017 model, you might want to stay away from the base model.

It is not that the base model is bad but the SE is just a better deal. The Skoda Octavia SE will be coming in with a few extra features like sat-nav, dual zone air conditioning, rear parking sensors and more. The SE will retail for £18,360 while the base model will be sold for £17,055.

The facelifted 2017 Skoda Octavia will be coming in to compete with models like the Volkswagen Golf and Ford Focus. Compared to those models, the Octavia resale value might be the lowest but what it is practical and affordable.

Looking at what the Octavia has to offer now, would you pick the Octavia over the Golf or the Ford Focus?
