2017 Porsche Macan & Toyota Camry: Car Hopper’s Dream

By  |

If you are one of those buyers that likes to hop from car to car, getting a Porsche or a Toyota will be the best move right now.

KBB has just announced their top best brands for their 2017 Best Resale Value Awards and unsurprisingly, the award went to Porsche and Toyota. We were already expecting to see Toyota on the list as some of the best resale models belong to them but what surprise us was Porsche.

Before Porshe, Lexus was the one holding on to the award but it looks like it will have to make way for Porsche this year.

The 2017 Toyota Camry will come in with a four-cylinder engine that will be offering about 178hp. The engine will be mated to a six-speed auto transmission. There is also a V6 engine that will be offering about 268hp and will also be mated to a six-speed auto transmission.

The V6 engine will return about 21mpg in the city and 30mpg on the highway. The vehicle will need 6.1 seconds to go from 0-60mph and has a top speed of 129mph. The hybrid model, on the other hand, will return about 38mpg on the highway.

The Porsche Macan, on the other hand, will come with a 2.0-liter turbo four engine that will be offering about 252hp. There is also a 340hp V6 engine. The engines will be mated to a seven-speed automatic transmission. The V6 model will return about 17mpg in the city and 23mpg on the highway.
